Mr, and Mrs. Robert Frisby and sons of Chicago visited McHenry relatives on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. George Davis of St. Paul, Minn., called on relatives and friends here Saturday. Mr. Davis resided in McHenry a few years ago when he was a surveyor at the time the natural gas line Was being pat through this community. The bride wore a ballerina length dress of white embroidered nylon over pastel blue taffeta. Her cap, of matching material, was attached to a shoulder length veil. Her only jewelry was a single strand of pearls, a gift of the groom, and she carried a colonial bouquet of tiny talisman roses. Mrs. Simon chose an aquamarine faille dress, with net overskirt of ballerina length. She carried salmon-colored camellias in a colonial bouquet and wore soft matching veiling on her head. The bridegroom's mother wore an orchid shantung suit dress and a pink caipellla corsage. A reception followed the nuptials at Sunnybrook Acres in South Elgin for thirty guests. Following a trip to the 8tnoky mountains, the newlyweds will be at home at 108 N. Park street after may lC Mrs. Reese li a local high school graduate and has been employed by the Illinois Bell Telephone company as service representative in McHenry. The bridegroom graduated from the Elgin high school and is also an employee of the Illinois JElall company out of Geneva, but will be transferred May 14. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wahl of Orchard Beach are the parents of a son, born at Victory Memorial hospital, Waukegan, on May 6. They have two othar boys, Fred, Jr., and Bobby. A daughter was born at St. Joseph's hospital, Elgin, on May 2 to Mr. and Mrs. Donald Brenner of Arlington Heights. Mrs. Brenner is the former Amy Harrison of Ringwood. The pretty bride was attired in a gpwn of white marquisette, styled with short, puffed sleeves and long train. Her fingertip veil was held in place by a tiara trimmed with seed pearls and she carried the prayer book which her mother used at her wedding. On it was . placed a camellia.
