Did you {enow that in our county w« have one of the best therapy centers in northern Illinois? To help support this wonderful work, a meeting of Mrs. Paton of Woodstock, with some local people, took place last Friday evening. Dr. Bertha Shafer was there as district director for this part of the county. Several school children were there, for they will be captains of their committees to collect at school. Vacationers .The Eldrege family has left for a vacation in Florida. Changing Houses ' The Bob Lindblooms have bought the Dingley house and are now living in it. Bob is happy to note that he now has the same number of sons as he has lawn mowers, namely two. Nothing left for Bob to mow, he hopes. Speaking of changing houses, Ronald Steadman is now officially a civilian again and is farming for .himself on the Cole farm, where the Shotliffs lived. Ronnie should make a good dairy farmer, what with his experience with his dad, a farm bureau director, and his work in F.F.A., in which he was once State Farmer, and his work in 4-H, where he was a junior leader. He and his wife, Carol, are at home on the farm since March 1. Carol still works at the Woodstock hospital. Rumors have it that she was just fixing supper for Ron the other night when she was called back to the hospital to be on hand for an operation. Such is life for a newlywed. Marilyn Olson Home Marilyn Olson, former R.B.H.S. graduate, has returned home from Moline, where she wtorked as a nurse.
