William Smith-- William Smith, prominent and successful Merchant of McHenry, died at his home on Pearl street Friday, March 6, after a short illness which terminated in pneumonia. He was not yet 48 years of age. He was born at Johnsburg June 8, 1883, one of a family of twelve children.
