A very fine job was done in dressing up the firehouse with soft spring colors and balloons; ihe floor was highly polished. .and dance, music was at its best. The dance was given by the fire department, -auxiliary, ladies' league and the L.I.A. The committee is grateful to everyone for their help and to everyone that came to make it a suc- $ms. The proceeds of the dance wll be used for building material for the second floor. On the Mend .Chipper Cynowa underwent another skin graft on Saturday. Ray and Elsie have been given high hopes that this may be his last operation. The cards and letters he received have helped to Hieer up some of those days. *»£ep sending them: He is at the Children'k Memorial hospital in Chicago. Helen Para is much better but still needs more time for a complete recovery. She's enjoying many visits from friends and neighbors. Mr. and Mrs. George Forbes enjoyed Easter with Mr. and Mrs. Harold Forbes. Jfessie and Olive Corbett entertained Mr. and Mrs. Rolay Falch and Mr. and Mrs. Maxwell on Easter Eve.
