The ladies Were in time to hear Mass, followed by a wonderful dinner served in the cafeteria on the grounds. They continued on, /Saying the Stations and then a ^return trip to the beautiful church for benediction.. After their religious duties were attended to, the ladies browsed Igrpund b store which sells religious articles. On the return trip, as the bus passed through the various towns, the voices of Jhe thirty ladies blended to $i„ng iTXany familiar songs. Bake Sale Next Sunday morning Sept. 2. the Blessed Virgin sodality will Sponsor another of their popular* bake sales. The sale will take place in the St. John's school hall following the four Masses. Such articles as homemade bread, doughnuts, cakes, pies, potato salad and beans will be on sale at this time. Be sure to stock up for the long holiday weekend ahead. MEMORABLE TRIP Mrs. Yi Stermer, a summer resident in Niesen's subdivision, i returned last week from an exciting' 1 trip to San Francisco. Mrs. Stermer visited her son, Edward, who will be leaving shortly for a vacation trip to Europe. She was shown all the beautiful sights and points of interest of this fabulous city by her son and his friends.
