Mesdames Ethel McGee, Bobbie May, Rose Staines, Irene Guffey, Ann Rodenkirch, Helen Heuser, Serve this easy-to-make chocolate pudding just once and it will probably become a family favorite. Rich in the real chocolate flaver, it is creamy smooth.and is especially good topped with a little fluff of whipped cream. As combination chef and cleanup committee, you'll be interested in the fact that thfe is mixed and cooked in the satne pot. All you do is combine the sugar, flour and salt, in the top of a double boiler, add milk and unsweetened chocolate and cook. Couldn't be easier--or smoother--or more' delicious. Easy Chocolate Pudding % cup sugar 3 cups milk 5 tablespoon* flour 8 squares unsweetened chocolate VL teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla Combine sugar, flour, and salt in top of double boiler, mixing thoroughly. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly. Add chocolate. Place over boiling water and coolc, until chocolate is melted and mixture is thick and well-blended, stirring constantly.
