Carpentier has announced the Driver's License division of his office has rescinded the revocation of the driver license of Florence M. Nellis, 202-04 South Green street, McHenry. The action was based on information received from the county court of McHenry county that an appeal has been filed from a conviction in the court of a justice of the peace on a charge of driving while intoxicated. James Mullins James Mullins, 60, of Chicago, a former local resident who died Oct. 13, was laid to rfest after seryices frohi St. Bride's church, with burial' in St, Mary's cemetery. The deceased was a member of the Holy Name society ' of the church, with burial in St. Mary's cemetery. Shirley Greten A heart attack suffered on Wednesday afternoon, Oct 15, was blamed for the unexpected death of Mrs. Shirley Green, 39, of Fox street, McHenry. Testimony given qt an inqury held at the George Justen & Son funeral home revealed that Mrs. Green had been under a doetor's care for a heart condition. Indications were that a head injury suffered when she collapsed and struck the corner of the bathroom door was not sufficient 'to cause death. A daughter, Shirley, 4% years old, ran to the nearby home of the Edward Tusseys when her mother fell. Mrs. Green's husband, Howard, was at work at the time. Other children in the house at the time were a son, Larry, 7, who is seriously ill, and an infant son. William J. Hacker William J. Hacker, 86, of Woodstock, father of Mrs. Laura Knaack of McHenry, died at the Woodstock Residence home Oct. 15. He was a native of Germany and had resided in the Woodstock area for forty-seven years. He was a retireds farmer. Services were held Saturday from the Merwin chapel, with burial in Oakland cemetery. Capt. Wm. J. O'Brien Capt. William J. O'Brien, 84, a retired police captain in Chicago. died Wednesday morning, Oct. 22, at the Villa Nursing home. He had made his home on McCullom Lake road, McHenry, for two years. Mr. O'Brien was a veteran of the Spanish American war. Survivors include his wife, Margaret Ward O'Brien; two sons. Ward R. O'Brien of McHenry and William J.
