The history major served on the fraternity's executive committee and was its representative on the Interfra- {ernity Council. Remove upper part of double boiler which should be kept covered during melting. Add salt, raisins and peanuts. Mix thoroughly and drop the mixture by small teaspoonfuls on wax paper to harden. WONDER LAKE FIRE DISTRICT MEETING THEME The May meeting of the JJ/onderlake Property Owners advisory board will be held at the Wonder Lake fire house {Thursday,- May 27, at 8 p.m. by Chairman Dr. Raymond H. J/atkins. ~ Each month the advisory board chairman selects a sub* division to present the program for the rgonth. This subdivision is also in charge of refreshments. The program this month will be chaired by Del Borta, Wonder View Property Owners Association. The Wonder Lake fire department is reported to be the best organized group of men at Wonder Lake. All Wonder Lake residents are asked to come to this meeting to hear the men speak who are responsible for the department. Remove skin and bone from salmon, reserving salmon liquid. Break salmon in smj&l pieces. Mix all ingredients in bowl, add salmon liquid and mix lightly. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 30 minutes or until well browned. Serve with white sauce in separate dish. Chopped egg yolk may be added to sauce --- and/or sprinkle lightly with paprika. ' ' ' TWENTX-5EVEN GRADUATE FROM NEARBY SCHOOL Twenty-seven students will receive diplomas during corrimencement exercises to be held Sunday, June 6, at' 2 p.m. at Big Hollow grade school. Board President Willard Maddock, Jr. will present the diplomas to the graduates. • The address will be given by David McCartney, guidance counselor at Ela-Vernon high school. Other platform guests will be Pastor James Hagerty, Class Advisor William Hart, Frank Hartigan of American Legion Post 793, and Edmond Taveirne, superintendent of the school. The graduates will present several songs under the direction of music teacher, Sigrid Glendening. The class will tour Springfield on June 7, 8 and 9.
