President Boots Davis, on behalf of the Club, presented Daisy with a lovely engraved silver charm and we had a few words from our guest of honor. , Daisy and John Smith have left McHenry, on a tour West, where they will embark to take up residence in Hilo, Hawaii. They arte very excited about their new life in the tropics and are really looking forward to it. Johnny has some great ideas on what to do in his spare time! Auxiliary News The Woman's auxiliary held its monthly meeting Monday, June 7. The forthcoming ?ummage sale and Christmas bazaar was discussed. Winner of the monthly prize was Eunice Tobey. Hostesses for the June meeting were Marge Polinski, Helen Rodde and Sally Rog: ers. ' At this time the auxiliary would like to welcome two new members, Evelyn Carter and Alma Huecksteadt. Earnest Christians believe that our faith can point men to the right attitude and action in times of stress. That's why, as we face the conflicts of life, we always hope the other fellow will behave like a Christian. And he's hoping as much of us. Why not meet him in Church next Sunday?
