Hospitalized While Mrs. Rowlands and her children were visiting her mother in Franklin Park for the Easter holidays her little boy, Kurt, 2 years old became sjeathly ill from a choking condition which caused his face to turn blue. The family called the doctor and little Kurt was admitted to the Gottleib hospital where he stayed four days with a bad case of bronchitis. Two days were spent in an oxygen tent. He is back home in Sunnyside now. and doing very good. Good News I was talking to Mr. Mondl about his wife's condition and he tells me the doctor is very much pleased with the spirit she has showed and he says she is progressing as good as could be expected.^ She hasn't left the Evanston^ hospital as yet but hopes to be transferred to the rehabilitation center in Chicago by May 1. She is now able to use her right leg and with special care we . hope all will be well with our Millie in the very near future. Whispering Hills Louise Giel ; The memory of April 6 will linger a long time with Jeanette and Ed Schneider. McHenry, Illinois "When we decided to change brands, we didn't set a price and then go out to buy a paint to fit it.. With an operation as large as ours (we have over 50 Lumber Yards in Illinois), you just can't afford to sell cheap merchandise. We went out to buy the finest paint that is possible to make. To help us decide which brand was the best, we had Jim Martin's Paint tested against one of the best known brands in the country. The test showed there wasn't a nickel's worth of difference, in quality. These paints are made for the do-ityourself painter. They are easy to use, long lasting tough wearing and really beautiful to see. Incidently, Jim Martin prices are about Vz the regular retail price of well known brands. Give them a try and you'll be convinced." NORBERT MAUCH GRAND OPENING FACTORY DIRECT VALUES GRAND VALUES $3 69 L $469 SAVE Compare ai $5.98 PAINT & PLASTER LATEX WALL PAINT With sand finish.
