CARL ROEDER DIES FRIDAY OF CRASH INJURIES Carl H. Roeder, 5S. of 6B15 Seminole drive. Wonder Lake, died May 27 in Wesley Memorial hospital, Chicago, of injuries sustained Thursday in a two-car crash on Rt. 120, east of Lakemoor. He was taken to McHenry hospital following the collision and then removed to Chicago by .ambulance. The second driver, Arthur Holsinger, of 4!) I!) K. Lake Shore drive, Wonder Lake, w;is treated in McHenry hospital for a compound fracture of the right arm and head injuries. He told state police that Roeder was driving on the wrong side of the road. The latter was unable to be questioned following the accident. WATER SUPPLY GOOD May started with an excellent water-supply situation for Illinois, according to William C. Ac kermann, chief of the Illinois State Water Survey. The natural water table, in areas uway from heavy pumping centers, was above normal in April. April was the first month since last September to record above normal rainfall throughout the state. He was James Buss, son of Charles and Virginia Miller Buss of 2210 Orchard Beach, McHenry, where they had resided for only a few weeks. JUsten & Son funeral home, where arrangements were made for graveside rites to be conducted at 10 o'clock Saturday morning at St. Mary's cemetery. CHRISTINA MACLURE Mrs. Christina Maclure of 675 Nottingham Lane, Crystal Lake, a former resident of Pistakee Highlands, died Saturday, May 28, at Sherman hospital, Elgin. She was born April 17, 1893 in Scotland. ' She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, Dec. 5, 1965. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. James (Alice) Maclure of Crystal Lake and Mrs. Earl E. (Elizabeth) Lock of Westchester, Calif.; and one grandchild. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Querhammer Funeral home, Crystal Lake, with interment in Oakridge cemetery, Hillside, 111. Tuesday from the tegarl Funeral home, 3700 W. 63rd Street, Chicago. Local arrangements were made by George R. Justen Funeral home. JACK J. ERBlN Jack J. Erbin, 42, of 5302 N. Agatha drive, Pistakee Highlands, died Thursday afternoon, May 26, of a heart attack suffered in his home. He had resided in this community for nine years. Mr. Erbin was born in Aurora on June 6, 1923. He was owner of the Fox Lake office supply store for the past six years. t The deceased, a Navy veteran of World War H, was a member of the La^ce Region American Legion PQSt, No. 703, Fox Lake. Survivors are his widow, Dorothy; three children, Guy, Janice and Carol, all at home; his mother, Mrs. Mary Erbin, of Mt. ANGELINE CORSELLO Funeral services were conducted in Benton Harbor, Mich., the last of the week for Mrs. Angeline Corsello, 62, of 902 W. Comes trail, McHenry, who died the evening of May 25 in McHenry hospital, where she had been confined for twelve days. A native of Chicago, she had resided in Benton Harbor before moving to the McHenry area a year and a half ago. Her husband preceded her in death. She is survived by two daughters, Angeline A. and Mrs .Cyril Popp, and a son, Jack, all of McHenry. Arrangemtnts were made by the Peter M. Justen & Son funeral home. EILEEN BOETSCH Mrs. Eileen Boetsch, 81, of Rt. 176, Burton's Bridge, died May 25 in St. Joseph hospital, Elgin, where she had'been confined for several days. Born in Limerick, Ireland, June 12, 1885, she had resided in the Crystal Lake area for thirty-five years. On Feb. 1, 1910, she was married to William R. Boetsch, who died in 1958. A son, William N. Boetsch, also preceded her in death in 1964. She is survived! by a son, John J. Mulvanny, of Cincinnati, Ohio; six grandchildren and one greatgrandchild. The body rested at the Warner funeral home in Crystal Lake until 9:30 Saturday, when a funeral Mass was sung in Stes. Peter and Paul church, Cary.
