To you all Pat, Elmer YMCA SENDS OUT COMMUNITY SURVEY REPORTS Members and friends of the Lake Region YMCA recently received printed copies of a survey, which will be tabulated and used in formulating plans for the Lake * Region YMCA during the next twenty years. Many of these questionnaires have been placed in public places in Algonquin, Cary, Fox River Grove, Huntley, Island Lake, McHenry, Wonder Lake and Woodstock for persons to complete. WONDER LAKE EVELYN RASKE PHONE 3SS-4M2 MEMBERS ATTEND INSTALLATION OF KIWANIS OFFICERS Sixteen members and their wives attended the McHenry Kiwanis Club Installation of 1967 officers at the new Legion home on Ringwood Road last Saturday night. Most of the clubs in Division 20 were represented. The McHenry club's punsters gave Clint Claypool a good send-off. Saturday, Dec. 10, President- Elect Phil Kinzer, representing the Wonder Lake Kiwanis Club, was master of ceremonies at a' presentation held in the Wonder Lake post office. The Wonder Lake post office was presented with an award by the postmaster general for winning the beautification contest in their category. Recogntion was given to the Wonder Lake Garden Club whose members took over this project. Young At Hearts The members of the Young At Hearts will have their first Christmas party on Dec. 21. Each member will bring a dish to pass and there will also be a dollar grab bag for both men and women. You are askd to please state on the gift whether it is for a man or woman. There will be no planned project for the day just a lot of fun and merriment. Please try to attend. Wonder Lake Bible Church The Pioneer Girls will meet nt the church on Dec. 16, while the Awana Boys Club meets at Harrison school. Dec. 17 at 10 a.m. the Christian Truth Class will be held and the Kupples Klub will be held at the church at 8 p.m. At 9:30, Dec. 18. there will be Sunday School for all ages. At 11 o'clock the Morning Worship Service, Junior Church will be held. At 3 p.m. Service at the Valley Hi County Home, Christmas gift boxes will bo distributed by the Senior Youth Fellowship Group.
