PG. 6, - PLAIN DEALER - FEBRUARY 2, 1968 GAIL WILLIAMS PLAN SNOWMOBILE MARCH OF DIMES EVENT FEB. 11 Hie Snowmobile March of Dimes, "take a ride and help others walk" was introduced this year to spark up the March of Dimes at the Lake. The event was planned for last Sunday, Jan. 28, and due to weather conditions, had to be cancelled and * now has been tentatively set for Sunday, Feb. 11, providing the weather cooperates. Snowmobile owners will be on hand at the Marina (Tri-Marine) 4019 E. Lake Shore drive, Wonder Center, to give snowmobile rides to children whose families will make a donation to the March of Dimes. From noon until 5 p.m. the youngsters will be able to take thrilling rides in the mechanized sleds. Hot chocolate and cookies will be served and the proceeds from refreshments will also be donated to the March of Dimes. Says Marvin MacKay, "Come over and see how we turn the cold frozen lake into a winter playground. We'll give the chdilren a ride if you will help the c ci*ippled children walk."
