R.Plu YOUR FEET Did you know that with every step you take, the entire weight of your body is carried on a few inches of skin and bone? For those of you with weak arches, corns, bunions, calluses and poor circulation, this can be painful. When your feet hurt, you tire quickly, become irritable and tense. Try conditioning your feet by picking up a marble or pencil with your toes. Sit with your legs straight out and curl your toes under, bending your ankles up and down. Twist your feet while standing so the heels turn out and the toes in. Buy good socks and shoes. Good foot hygiene is important. Bathe your feet at least once daily, use baby oil if the skin is dry. Trim toenails straight across, check for red spots, blisters and other areas of irritation. Here at BOLGER'S DRUG STORE we carry every item you need to keep your feet healthy. Why not stop in and browse around? BOLGER'S DRUG STORE is located at 1259 N. Green. By the way, for your next prescription our phone number is 385-4500.
