ANGLERS, FISH THE LAKE, THE BIG ONES ARE GETTING AWAY "A bent pin, piece of string, and boll weevils" for bait are Gehe Freun<fs secret of success for angling a five pound, 12 ounce large mouth bass, meafuring 22 inches, last Sunday in "le lake. It was one of four beauties that he displayed, right after his feat. A story of the spectacular catch and a picture for proof appears on today's sport page of the Plaindealer. It must be noted that his tale of bent pin, etc., is the typical angler's pitch not to reyeal his trade secrets. He did say that he uses artificial bait -. Gene presented his string at the home of his sister and husband, Gerry and Len Jensen, Jr., and Jake and I were fortunate to be present. In order to demonstrate the oNA^ OPTOMETRIST Dr. John F. According to advice from the State Conservation Department, the more the lake is fished, the better the conditions will be.
