Mrs. Angeline Powell is the 11th district president, Mrs. Kohn is secretary for the 11th district, Mrs. Marion Karlove is president of the McHenry County council and Mrs. Shirley Brockrogge is McHenry County council secretary. One hundred members were present to see the following members receive their 'honor guard' pins: Elizabeth Schoewer, 45 years; Pearl Sanders, 40 years; Emma Leiser, 30 years; 25-year pins went to Earline Davis, Celia Fox, Carrie Justen, Frances Matchen, Lil Miller, Eddie Myers, Clare Overton, Vera Purvey and Sue Wirfs; 20-year pins were awarded to Othelle Brady, Elaine Gray, Helen Miller, Ruth Mrachek and Georgia Stueben. Louise Berquist, Eileen Cooper, Mary Debrecht, Marie Frett, Dorothy Freund, Anna Hay, Barb Hansen, Helen Low, Charlotte Mullen, Cindy Reid, Kay Stephensen, Catherine Stilling and Carol Zimny all received their 15-year pins Tillie Cooper, Florence Holly, Cathy Gray and Connie Miller were recipients of 10-year pins. Four Juniors graduated into the senior auxiliary. They are Barb Osmon, Laurene Vycital, Deborah Pickett and Jolyne Vanek. Mrs. Powell commented on the good work the McHenry unit was doing and congratulated the members for having reached 100 percent membership of 407. Membership chairman, Mrs. Robert (Marilyn) Miller, was in charge of the dinner. Frances Matchen was top "go- getter" with Pearl Cooper, Lil Miller, Theresa Huska, Lauretta Homo, Cecilia Violett, Dottie Messer, Helen Bir­ mingham, Arlys Aim, Reba Owen, Lois McCormack, Lillian BraidWood and Martha Dignan on the membership team. The gals were congratulated for a job well done. Husbands and guests were invited after the dinner for dancing. The wonderful dinner was prepared and served by the McHenry Rifle squad, with Bernie Matchen and Ed Reid in charge.
