The "Show Girls", wrestling cheerleaders, served the breakfast to the friendly crowd of non-calorie-counters. We thought those "Show Girls" were especially nice young ladies. Larry Lund and Wayne Gaylord were guests. Gaylord would get up at four o'clock for ham and eggs. It would be nice if Santa could bring a victory or two for our McHenry County College basketball team. We admire the Scots for turning in well-written reports - - win or lose. NOW, HEAR THIS! - The swimming pool at West Campus will not be open for school programs during the holiday vacation period and, there will be no tennis. Thursday night, Saturday and Sunday programs will start again the first week in January. SUDDEN THOUGHT -- One of these days we must get at our Christmas shopping. Florida Chamber of Com merce offices must be making the best of weather reports from the north. Note to you McHenryites in the sunny south: We did have a little snow this week. Not enough to mention. A man with a wife and daughter picked up the phone and dialed his home. There was a phone in the kitchen and an extension upstairs. Two female voices answered simultaneously, "I've got it," followed by two clicks as both hung up.
