House Okays Large Sum For Local Road Use RONALD WIGGERMAN The appointment of Ronald E. Wiggerman as director of marketing of Attwood corporation has been announced by Donald Rocheleau, president and general manager of the Lowell based firm. In his new duties Wiggerman will have overall responsibility for both the marine sales department and the new product engineering group. The combining of these two * departments is intended to help increase the number of new products planned for introduction to the marine and recreational markets. Attwood is the world's largest producer of quality zinc die cast hardware and accessories for the pleasure boating industry. Wiggerman and his wife, Marilyn, and their five children, Scott, Mark, Brad, Kirk and Dawn, resided in McHenry for sixteen years prior to their move to Grand Rapids, Michigan, in 1972. Both of their families still reside in McHenry. Plan Vacation Bible School At Convenant Church Vacation Bible school workers at the Covenant church are busy planning and praying for their ministry during the week of Aug. 5-9. The aim of this year's V.B.S. curriculum is to lead pupils of all ages to a better understanding of the Bible and to point them to Jesus, the hope of salvation for all people. The theme is "Good News is Jesus". The V.B.S. teaching staff is looking forward to an enrollment of at least 100 children from the Sunnyside, Whispering Hills and Sunnyside Estate areas. Children from- age 4 to eighth grade ardi welcome to attend. There is no charge. The Chain O'Lakes Evangelical Covenant church is located at 4815 N. Wilmot road.
