According to the police report, an auto driven by Jack W. Baldwin of Ingleside was east-bound over the steel bridge on Pearl street Sunday morning about 2:15. As he left the east end of the bridge, his car was hit by the Ludwig auto as it came around the corner. A car driven by Mark A. Rommie of 4722 Hilltop drive, Wonder Lake, ran through a fence at 9504 W. Thompson road Saturday morning about 3:30. Bommie said he ran off the road in an attempt to avoid hitting a horse and dog which were on the roadway. Fredrick T. Ay res of 803 Oak Grove road, McHenry, told sheriff's police he was east- bound at 3025 W. Lincoln road, east of McHenry, when a car forced him off the road as he rounded a curve. He struck a tree and damaged the lawn and shrubbery on the Philip Thennes property. The ac cident occurred Sunday morning about 12:50. Ayres was ticketed for improper use of registration or title. A ticket for failure to give information after striking an unattended vehicle or property was issued to Ralph W. Hemme of 5306 E. Wonder Lake road, Wonder Lake, by sheriff's deputies. Deputies were notified Saturday morning about 3 o'clock that a telephone pole was down on River road, just south of State Park road. In vestigation showed the pole had been broken off near the ground, the cable still attached. Tracks indicated a vehicle had driven off the road, struck the pole and continued on. Deaths LOUISE VOGT Louise Vogt, 67, 4205 E. Lake Shore drive, Wonder Lake, died June 6 at Memorial hospital, Woodstock. She was born in Ashland City, Tenn., Jan. 29, 1908, the daughter of William and Nancy Albritton Harris. Mrs. Vogt had been a resident of the Wonder lake area for 25 years. She was a member of the Ladies of the Moose, Lodge No, 1329 of Woodstock. Among her survivors are her husband. Ernest H., whom she married June 12, 1926, in Chicago; a son, Allan, of Wonder Lake; four grand children, Gary, Allan, Lori and Ernest H. II, Vogt; and a sister, Mrs. Zona Mae Gray, Chicago. She was preceded in death by a son, Gary Lynn Vogt, April The vehicle was located about three miles south of the scene and the driver was found at his residence. JENSINE RASMUSSEN Jensine Rasmussen, 91, died early Tuesday, June 10, in Memorial hospital, Woodstock. She had resideded for four years with a son, Christian Rasmussen, Jr., at 4017 Wonder Lake Shore drive, Wonder Lake. Mrs. Rasmussen was born Aug. 18, 1883, in Denmark. Her husband, Christian, died in 1968. She leaves the one son; one daughter, Mrs. Martha Zeck; one sister, Dr. J. Lissner, of Copenhagen, Denmark, and three grandchildren, Christian III, William and Roberta. Her survivors include her husband, August; a daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Evelyn) Usalis, Pistakee Hills; a son, Raymond Wright of Fox Lake; her father, Joseph Tralla, Lake Villa; four grandchildren; a brother, Raimond Tralla, Detroit, Mich.
