DOGS, DOGS, DOGST" Many residents are being bothered by dogs running loose, and barking all hours of the day and night. Most people don't want to sign complaints against their neighbors, but wish their neighbors would- have some consideration too. One man, Clyde Pillar, said he is kept awake by dogs barking all night,, but doesn't know which ones they are, and doesn't want to have to track them down, or sign a com plaint. He, like others I've spoken to, would rather the owners realize their dogs might be a nuisance to others, by damaging property ° and barking constantly. If people, who let their dogs roam and bark all night, will take care of the problem, there wouldn't have to be ill-feelings.
