She was 77 years old, l>orn in April 1898 in Chicago. A member of the Sisters of Charity, B.V.M. for fifty-seven years, she taught in California for many years. Her only survivor is a sister, Mrs. Kathryn Luing Verz- wyvelt, of Sacramento, Calif. , a former resident of MeHenry. Funeral services were held Aug. 4 in Dubuque.
