Dillman of 803 Columbus, McHenry, com mitted the offenses of tran sportation of alcoholic liquor in a motor vehicle with the seal broken; possession of firearm without requisite firearm owners identification card in that he did possess a 38 caliber revolver without having a required identification card; unlawful use of weapons in that he did knowingly have a loaded 38 caliber revolver in his car; and resisting a peace officer in that he did push, shove and attempt to break away from said officer and did continually pull his hands away while of ficer was attempting to hand cuff him.
