This is a camp run by the Lions of Illinois, to enable the visually handicapped and deaf to have a vacation with others, also handicapped, in their age bracket, ages 8 to 18. There are counselors to supervise the many activities including swimming and diving instructions for beginners, fishing, boating, hiking, nature and Indian lore. (P.L. 90-448) and the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973. (P.L. 93- 234) it will fund a detailed study of the flood hazard areas in the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois.
