Moffett, doing business as Mr. Cricket's Bait shop, located at 3809 E. Wonder Lake road, Wonder Lake, with the intent to commit therein a theft. Bond was set at $3,000. Deputy Arthur Meyers charges that on Aug. 22, Bryon T. Flanagan, 4114 E. Lake Shore drive, Wonder Lake, committed the offense of theft under $150, in that he knowingly exerted unauthorized control over property of Joseph G. Moffett, doing busiftess as Mr. Cricket's Bait shop, being eighty-six dollars in currence and change (less than $150), intending to deprive Joseph G. Moffett permanently of the eighty-six dollars. Bond was set at $1,000. Deputy .Sheriff Robert M. Hatch charges that on Aug. 20, James R. Anderson, 1514 Third avenue, Spring Grove, com­ mitted the offense of battery, in that he did, knowingly, cause bodily harm to Dean Thomas, in that he struck Dean Thomas in the left hip with his automobile. Bond was set at $1,000 for an Oct. 24 court ap­ pearance. State Trooper Thomas Burke charges that on or about May 30, Earl R. White Jr., 7720 Deep Springs road, Wonder Lake, committed the offense of drag racing, in that he, being the operator of a motor vehicle, westbound on McCullom Lake road approximately three- fifths of a mile west of Ringwood road, was competing and racing with other in­ dividuals in a situation in which his motor vehicle was beside or to the rear of a motor vehicle operated by a competing driver, and attempted to prevent the competing driver from passing or overtaking him by acceleration or maneuver. Bond was set at $1,000 for an Oct. 4 court appearance. Lyle W. Taylor, manager of Hornsby's Family Center store, 4310 W. Rt. 120, McHenry, charges that on Aug. 30, Georgios D. Kolondouros, 4621 W. Rt. 120, McHenry, com­ mitted the offense of retail theft, in that he knowingly took possession of certain mer­ chandise offered for sale in a retail mercantile establish­ ment, Hornsby's Family Center, being one metal nail set, having a total value of less than $150, with the intention of depriving the merchant, Hornsby's Family Center, permanently of th possession of such merchandise, without paying the full retail value of such merchandise. No bond was set for a Sept. 8 court appearance. Melville E. Anderson charges that on Aug. 28, Clifford T. Morris, Brighton, Minn., committed the offense of criminal damage to property (under $150), in that he did knowingly damage property of Melville E. Lily Lake road, McHenry, committed the of­ fense of disorderly conduct, in that he did, knowingly, use obscene language in a loud voice while in the lobby of McHenry hospital emergency room, in such an unreasonable manner as to alarm and disturb Sergeant Gregory Burg, and provoke a breach of the peace. Bond was set at $25 for a Sept. 6 court appearance. Officer Villiam J. Fitzgerald of the McHenry Police department charges that on Aug. 28, Darrell J. Butler of 3717 Filmore, McHenry, committed the offense of disorderly conduct, in that he did knowingly use obscene language in a loud voice while standing on the sidewalk at 3411 W. Elm street, McHenry, in such an unreasonable manner as to alarm and disturb Officer William J. Fitzgerald, and provoke a breach of the peace. Bond was set at $25 for a Sept. 6 court appearance. Butler of 3717 Filmore, McHenry, committed the offense of resisting a peace officer, in that he did, knowingly, resist the performance by William J. Fitzgerald of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Darrell J. Butler,^knowing William J. Fitzgerald to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his duties, in that he pushed and shoved William J. Fitzgerald. Bond was set at $1,000 for a Sept. 6 court appearance. Officer Thomas O'Meara of the McHenry Police depart­ ment charges that on Aug. 29, Eugene D. Smola, 3011 Michael street, Wonder Lake, com­ mitted the offense of disorderly conduct, in that he did engage in a fist fight with his brother, Joseph V.
