Theme of this year's Hurricane Happening is "Come Sail With Us," and the more than 200 volunteer workers have transformed the first floor of the high school into a sea going vessel, complete with such nautical attractions as a brig, state room, gang plank, boiler room and sick bay. Added attraction this weekend will be the Andrew Sisters, a trio of McHenry residents who regale people with their pantomiming records of the famed singing stars. They perform in the Hurricane Lounge. } One of the more ambitious presentations is on the Main Deck, where A1 Smith directs a Baltimore Orioles team to the pennant, aided by the devil and the devil's girlfriend. Many of the cast members are from the McHenry area. Two other rooms featured are the Ship's Cargo featuring John Bankel, Mickey Malone, Kathy Rokus, Ralph Cavallaro and Cay Peterson. Another of the rooms is the May-Oars- Row, a political satire featuring cast members, Mayor Farlean Atzner, Mayor Kancy Fruin and Mayor Joe Panic, and other notables from the world of McHenry county governmental units.
