It was Town Pump's second win of the season against ten losses and moves them within one game of sixth place Cop permine whose record dropped to 3 wins, 9 losses. Bill Cable singled in the second inning for Coppermine and following a single by Jim Grabowski and a fly out, Cable scored on a fielder's choice. • Town Pump took the ieari in their half of the inning by scoring 2 runs. Two Cop permine errors and a double by Daryl Anderson gave the Pump the lead for good. In the third, Gary Wagner's double and a single by Dave Diedrich gave Town Pump a 3-1 lead. Coppermine narrowed the gap to one in the sixth inning thanks to an error by Town Pump's shortstop and a double by Tim Whitman. Coppermine threatened with a runner • in the seventh but could not score and Town Pump won, 3-2 Dave Diedrich was the only man on either team to collect 2 hits in the game, as the Town Pump third baseman went 2 for 3 Hautzinger Handles Sunnyside Easily Hautzinger scored in every inning but one and easily defeated Sunnyside Inn 15-6 in Tuesday's second game. The win moves Hautzinger within a half-game of first place, whiel Sunnyside, although improving with each game, remains in last place, still looking for their first league win, For Hautzinger, Ron Wiesnewski led the attack with a perfect 4 for 4 game. Wiesnewski scored 2 runs and added an RBI and a double. Jerry Brodin added 3 hits in 4 trips, with 2 doubles and 4 runs scored. Bill Funk had 2 hits and 2 RBI's, Ray Stevens added 2 hits in 3 at bats, John DeCicco had 2 for 4 with 2 runs scored, and Tim h arr had 2 for 4 with 2 runs scored and an RBI Sunnyside scored all their runs in the fifth inning, but it was too late as they already trailed 9-0. Mark Davis continued his hot hitting for the Inn with 3 for 4, while Don Rhode snapped out of a season long slump with 2 hits in 3 trips.
