The group will leave promptly at 10 a.m., and will be pooling rides, so all must be on time for this trip. There will be a tour of the campgrounds and an in­ teresting program from the Lake Bluff Children's home. Lunch will be at the cam­ pgrounds, and the organizations hope that all will come. The two retreats have been scheduled to ac­ commodate the expected numbers of participants. Both conferences will begin at 5p.m. Visitors will spend two nights at the center, leaving the morning of the third day. The retreat marks the beginning of a year long inquiry into "Unemployment and the Future of Work in the City That Works," sponsored by the Community Renewal Society with funding assistance from the National Endowment for the Humanities. The project will explore the issue of work and the city from the per­ spectives of the humanities, political organization, urban neighborhoods and changing technologies.
