OLSEN The annual membership drive of the McHenry Hospital corporation will begin this week and will stress the need to continue a broad base of citizen support for the hospital. As a not-for-profit cor­ poration, the hospital's governing body relies on input from individuals, ih- d u s t r i e s , s e r v i c e organizations and other //institutions, according to LeRoy E. Olsen, president of the hospital's board of directors. Ski-athon Due In McHenry Dec. 14 The City of McHenry has been selected as one of the points of travel for the 1980 Ski-athon program. The Ski- athon is a fund raising event for our U.S. Ski team that will participate in the Olympic games. The Ski-athon team is roller-skiing and cross country skiing, where possible, from Los Angeles, Calif., to Lake Placid, New YfcrK. The goal of the team is to raise over $250,000 for the support of the athletes. The Sld-athon team will be in McHenry Friday, Dec. 14. A reception is scheduled for the Ski-athon Friday evening. This reception will be held at the Johnsburg Community club from 8 p.m. to midnight. Donations will be accepted at the door for the Ski-athon program.
