'Atlantic City II Versatile McHenry county entertainer, Virginia Zymonas, returns to the Hurricane Happening with a new nightclub act. Continuous shows will run throughout the evenings of April 11, 12, 18 and 19. The general theme for this year's "Hurricane Hap­ pening" is Atlantic City". The event, set for April 11, 12, 18 and 19, is an inflation- fighter, offering ten night­ clubs for one admission price. The annual fund raiser for Marian Central high school in Woodstock brings together actors, singers, and musicians in continuous shows throughout the evening on two con­ secutive weekends. Planning for the yearly event begins in the fall with the selection of a theme and a coordinating committee composed of faculty members and parents. The Boardwalk: Dancing to the big band sounds of Rich Mikus and Friends is the Boardwalk's feature. Broadway musical hits tyill be featured in two shows on Atlantic City's boardwalk. The first skit will include songs and piano stylings reminiscent of the past. Popular guitarist Bill Cingrone and Hurricane's "Barbra Streisand", Lori Merrill, will head the cast of the second show with music of today. Convention Hall, chair­ woman: Patti Parsley. "It Pays to be Political", an original satire by writer Art Thorson, will take a look at contenders for this year's upcoming election. Flashing lights and the latest music give disco fans a Chance to show off their dance styles. - Pier One, chairmen: Bernie and Marge Rickert, John and Judi Wett. Qn the beach at Atlantic . City the "Andrews Sisters" make their entrance from a bathhouse and perform their hit songs from the pier.
