Mrs. Tonyan was born July 22, 1879, in Johnsburg; she would have been 101 on her birthday this year, living all her life here She is survived by two sisters, Misses Katherine and Barbara Althoff, both of Jphnsbur^ Her husband Henry, died in 1925, and two daughters in 1919 and 1976. There were five daughters and five sons in the family. May God bless her and her family, and keep them in His care. Remember her in your prayers, too! Call a par­ ticipating church, such as Mount Hope, McHenry, Spring Grove United Methodist church or St. John's Catholic church for sponsor sheets. Then you can secure sponsors, who will pledge to give to CROP, on the basis of miles walked. The money raised is used to prevent starvation and diseases made fatal by malnutrition. SENIOR CITIZENS Some time ago we advised that senior citizens are in­ vited to have a hot lunch at the high school cafeteria, on school days, from 11 to 12:30 p.m. Go to the main entrance, turn right and stop at the office to secure a lunch token before going to the cafeteria, directly ahead. NEW DIAL SERVICE A new free legal in­ formation service for the public was launched Mon­ day, April 14, sponsored, by four library systems in the metropolitan area and Chicago Bar Association. Anyone in need of basic information about Illinois law and the legal system may dial 644-0800. A-Dial- Law staff member will plug in a tape on the topic for the listener.
