Shortly before, an accident occurred when Stanely Brown, driving his milk truck, collided with a passenger car driven by John J. Barnings of Burton's Bridge. TJje first accident occurred at the very"dangerous corner at the east side of the new bridge. The truck was driven east across the bridge and the passenger car was beirtg driven south on Fox street and was in the process of turning onto the bridge.
