Jack Ni- LIm Hartman Ask Kate Lisa's bewitching past By Kate Woods Didn't Lisa Hartman of "Knots Landing" and "High Performance" star in "Tabitha"? -- R.B. Sure did. She played Samantha Stephens' grown-up daughter in the 1977-78 sequel to "Bewitched." Robert Urich was her co-star. SAD NEWS -- Where can I write to the "SCTV" people? I think their show is the best on TV. If NBC were smart they'd dump "Saturday Night Live" and give "SCTV" a better time slot. -- D.R. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the NBC brass aren't nearly as "smart" as you would like them to be. Your favorite late-night series is being pulled from the schedule and will probably be replaced by a music show. The producers are still mull ing over an offer to do a couple of prime-time speci als for the network next year. Meanwhile, you can con tent yourself with catching cast members Rick Moranis and Dave Thomas in the upcoming feature film, "Strange Brew," while John Candy and Eugene Levy are currently working in the Disney movie "Splash," being directed by Ron Howard. You can still direct mail for the whole gang to the produc tion offices. Old Fireball TV Productions Ltd., 110 N. Lombard St., Toronto, Ontario, Canada M5C 1M3. GREEN AND BEAR IT - Was there ever a movie called "The Boy with the Green Hair"? When I talk about it everyone says I've made it up. -- E.O. For the information of nonbelievers, "The Boy with the Green Hair" was a 1948 fable about an orphan (Dean Stockwell) who becomes an outcast when his hair inexplicably turns green. Pat O'Brien, Robert Ryan and Barbara Hale also starred. Ironically, it was the first film of American dirpctor Joseph Losey, who was blacklisted in the '50s. He has since worked in Eng land directing many other thought-provoking films, including "The Damned," "The Servant," "The Go- Between," "The Ass??si- nation of Trotsky" anc Doll's House."
