Please help me find an address. -- A.V. I'll give you two. Try his office: Lord and Lady Enterprises, Inc. Honolulu, Hawaii 96816. If that doesn't work, go through his business agent, J. Wil liam Hayes, at Executive Business Management, 132 S. Rodeo Dr., Beverly Hills, CA 90212. GET YOUR KICKS -- The recent TV special "Going Somewhere: The Story of Route 66" rem* inded me of the old TV series. When did "Route 66" air and who replaced George Maharis? -- GtJiFi Tod Stiles (Martin Milner) and Buz Murdock (Maharis) first hit the open road on Oct. 7, 1960. Glen Corbett replaced the ailing Maharis in March of 1963 as Line Case. The last sum mer rerun aired Sept. 18, 1964. BOND SCARED? -- I Just saw "Dr. No" on TV. Am I right that in the scene where the tarantu la is crawling up Bond's shoulder that the beast was actually walking on plexiglas? Come on, James Bond afraid of spiders? -- D.G. Bond isn't afraid of things that crawl in the night, but Sean Connery used both a stand-in and glass for parts of that sequence. Personally, I don't blame him. REAL-LIFE DIABETIC -- Dana Hill recently played the part of a diabetic on "The Fall Guy." Since I am a diabetic, I was won dering if she has diabetes in real life. -- A.M. The talented young actress does, in fact, suffer from diabetes, which is one of the reasons that her physical development has been so slow. The writers of that "Fall Guy" episode used Miss Hill's own experi ence as a basis for the character. OOPS! -- I recently awarded a $50 settlement to C.L.A.'s boyfriend over the idenity of Digger Barnes on "Dallas." In fact, you were both right. David Wayne originated the role and was replaced by Keenan Wynn when Wayne moved over to "House Calls." So call it a draw.
