With rounds Of B5~86 and a disap­ pointing 95, the blonde bomber grossed a 263 total --25 shots ahead of her nearest competitor. Netting 79-67- 76 for a total of 222, Joanie Buss emerged class A champion well ahead of the rest of the Held. In class B, Carol Barnicle's 106-106- 106 gave her a 321 total for low gross champion in that class, while Sharon Pepping's 74-73-70 - 217 gave her low net championship in the same flight. In class C, scores of 119-117-121 - 357 put Toots Gerstad in the low gross winner's spot, while Speedy Neuman took low net position with 73-78-90 - 241. Betty Gossell in class D, low grossed with 125-127-116 - 368 to become low-gross champ, while Lynn McKiernan earned low net champ with 83-83-69 • 235.
