I have endeavored to identify myself with your musical interests, and naturally, am always in sympathy with them. One phase of musical development has interested me greatly--the production of music by mechanical means, But like all musicians I felt that player-pianos fell far short of the ideal. Then, last December I heard the CHICKERING & SONS AMPICO REPRODUCTION PIANO. I heard the interpretations of Rachmanninnoff, Godowsky, Ornstein, Busoni and others REPRODUCED phrase by phrase with all the tone coloring and individuality of the original. So firm was my conviction that the ideal had been truly attained at last that I purchased one of their instru- ments. And now, because my enthusiasm for the AMPICO is so great, because I believe that the ideal means for re- cording and preserving for constant enjoyment in the home, the playing of the great pianists, has been at- tained; because of these factors I have decided to make YOU acquainted with what I have learned of this marvelous instrument. I have given up my professional musical work and am pleased to announce my affiliation with the BISSELL- WEISERT PIANO COMPANY who are the exclusive distributors of the AMPICO REPRODUCING PIANO in the CHICKERING & SONS PIANO. A cordial invitation is extended to you to come to our Studios in the Fine Arts Building, Chicago, to hear this wonderful piano. Come as our guest under no ob- ligation. Ours is the obligation to entertain you. Come any time or arrange an appointment with me by letter or phone. My home phone is Wilmette 581.
