6 WINNETKA WEEKLY TALK, SATURDAY, MAY 21 ,11921 North Shore Players Planning More Plays Young People's Theatrical Group An- nounces Another Benefit Perform- ance For Next Month The North Shore Players, a group of college and high school people of this vicinity who recently gave a notable performance for Near East benefit at the Wilmette Woman's club, are laying plans for another group of plays to be given at the Woman's club on Friday and Saturday even- ings, June 24 and 25. The perform- ances will be a benefit the exact nature of which has not been deter- mined at this early date. North Shore Players constitute a unit in the Little Theatre movement which is rapidly spreading into every section of the country, and which en- tertains the purpose of giving the theatre-going public the right type of plays. The enthusiastic response at the initial performances here has en- couraged the young people to con- tinue in their commendable efforts, and Ralph R.
