Additional "attrac- tions" will be a Harold Lloyd comedy and a reel showing a number of dances by little Charlotte Andrews, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carlos S. Andrews of Evanston, taken when the little girl was nine years old. Miss Helen Hedges and Miss Frances Hunter, members of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority at Northwestern uni- versity, will give vocal solos at the four performances which will take place at 2, 4, 7 and 9 o'clock. Hand-made posters advertising the benefit show are on display about the city. They are the work of children in the art courses in the public schools of Evanston. Miss Lavinia Ferra of Chicago is general chairman of arrangements for the program. Miss Pauline Ferra 1s in charge of the sale of tickets, Mrs. Duncan Welty, will arrange for the sale of candy during the afternoon and evening, and Mrs. Ernest E. An- derson, manages the publicity. The proceeds will go to swell the build- ing fund of the Northwestern univer- sity chapter of the sorority. --Q-- The executive board of the New America Shop will meet Monday, April 24, in Room 921, Fine Arts build- ing, Chicago. The annual convention of the Illi- nois Council of the Parent Teacher Association will be held at the Hotel Sherman on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of next week, April 25, 26 and 27.
