Poor Health and Bad Shoes A constantly increasing number of women are discovering that 'bad shoes" result in the unhappiness of poor health. Through experience, the public is confirming what the foot specialists and physicians have al- ways maintained about poorly shaped shoes. The toes are cramped, muscles are weakened through the lack of free action, the nerves are abused, and the internal organs are forced out of position by the unnat- ural posture of a body tilted forward on heels too high. The happy woman, who loves life and gets the most out o' it, is the woman who wears a properly shaped shoe like the Cantilever Shoe. Her 'oes are not crowded to a point, her 'oot is comfortable and free to func- tion naturally, her arches are strong hecause the flexible Cantilever shank rermits the muscles to strengthen with every step she takes. Her Cantilever Shoes are good- 'ooking, too. They are well made, nd the leather is of a popu: r shade. She walks gracefully and doesn't get tired. She stands a long while, if she must, without any bother from her feet. The circulation being unre- strained by her shoes, her feet do not swell nor feel uncomfortable in warm weather, Cantilever Shoes fit her foot so well because the lines of the shoe follow the beautiful lines of the foot. The shoe is even cut to fit her arch anc it is so flexible and light that she hates to take it off at night. You will enjoy the good feeling of Cantilever Shoes, and your health will be improved pleasantly. the foot On Sale Exclusively on the North Shore by NORTH SHORE BOOTERY 529 DAVIS STREET Phone Ev. 6757 EVANSTON, ILLINOIS To insure proper fitting, we have installed an X-Ray machine in our store.
