The basement audi- torium of the $1,500,000 structue has already been put in a usuable condition and a series of Sunday afternoon and Friday evening meetings are scheduled tor the months of July and August. Before the season is completed the floors, the lighting fixeures, and the heating plant will have been installed in the {foundation room, according to present plans. As soon as the necessary funds have been raised by the Bahai followers, work on the first floor auditorium of the temple will get under way. On this floor will be located the nine chapels for nine different religious creeds and the central assembly room for the teach- ing of universalism. Above the sec- ond floor auditorium will tower the massively beautiful dome of the temple. A. Lindstrom, formerly manager of the Wilmette store of the National Tea company, has purchased a half-in- terest in the Cosmas Bros. Fruit store at 1153 Wilmette avenue.
