There are those that ap- pear on land as well as in the sea! Have you ever met a Land-Mollusc? If you have, you will recognize it if you see the play to be presented by the Com- munity Drama club on Monday eve- ning, April 30. This will be given through the Players' committee of the club, in the new Rudolph Matz hall of Community House. "To a Mollusc there is no pleasure like lying in bed feeling strong enough to get up." Mrs. Baxter is a Mollusc; and her brother Tom's struggle to re- form is the story of this very delight- ful three-act comedy. The cast of characters is as follows: Mrs. Baxter. Mrs. Talliaferro Milton Mr. Baxter...Mr. Robert A. Bryant Miss Roberts. Mrs. Edw. H. Ball, Jr. Tom Kemp..... Mr. L. L. Buchanan The play is under the direction of Miss Marigold Langworthy. Monday evening, April 28, will be "guest night." But on Wednesday eve- ning, April 30, the Community Drama club will present this to the public for a small admission fee. Residents of the village are asked to keep this date in mind. Camp Fire Girls Plan Food Sale on April 25 Saturday morning, April 26, at 10:30 o'clock, a Food sale will be given at the Community House by the Camp Fire Girls, and the proceeds will go toward replenishing the Camp Fire treasury. The Camp Fire Girls do all the cook- ing, selling, and other work in con- nection with the sale, assisted by their guardians and members of the Camp Fire Council. The girls in doing this work are win- ning "honors" and achieving skill in very necessary home-craft as well. Pre- vious sales have been very successful, and friends of the oganization are asked to come early in order not to be disap- pointed.
