Poinsettas and Christmas greens are to be used in decoration in the Fulton home where the reception will be held from 4 o'clock until 7. Miss Fulton will wear a gown of white velvet trimmed with ostrich and rare old lace. Her mother brocaded with silver. will be dressed in blue velvet, The friends of the debutante who will assist are Miss Beatrice Ripley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert H. Ripley; Miss Mary Louise Fenton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard W. Fenton ; Miss Eleanor Dennehy, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Dennehy of Astor street, Chicago; Miss Jane Hawley, daughter of Mr. anc Mrs. Tracy F. Hawley of Milwaukee, and Miss Helen Anderson, Miss Fulton's room-mate at Syracuse university, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Smith of Evanston. Assisting Mrs. Fulton will he Mrs. E. Ashley Gerhard, Mrs. Edwin Price, Mrs. Charles McNie, Mrs. John Candler Cobb, Mrs. H. E. Harmon of Highland Park, and Mrs. George Earl Snyder of the Orrington hotel, the debutante's cousin. Mr. and Mrs. Fulton have issued several hundred invitations to the young people for the dance they are giving at Indian Hill club, Tuesday evening, December 30, at 8:30 o'clock. The first annual Kiddie's Christmas party was held on Wednesday at the Winnetka Masonic Temple under the auspices of the Winnetka Lodge, number 1078, in cooperation with the Winnetka chapter of the Eastern Star, number 942, and the Winnetka Temple club. This is the first year the project has been undertaken, but the success of the affair augurs well for the succeeding years. One hun- dred and fifty children were loaded with presents. They were served with refreshments and Santa Claus came out of a box to give his small admirers entertainment. There was also a beautiful Christmas tree. The party lasted from 2:30 until 5. W. F. Groene is master of the lodge and he gives the statement that he was much pleased with the work the Eastern Star chapter has done, and much credit should be given to Mrs. R. B.
