Johnson Concern Negotiates Large Acreage Sale Dr. and Mrs. Robert Clements of Austin have purchased two tracts com- prising 16% acres two miles north of the Barrington Hills Country club from a syndicate headed by Frederick A. Gathercoal, of 1213 Wilmette avenue, Wilmette, who has lately sold three lots on Washington avenue, just west of Greeley avenue, which are to be improved with residences by the own- ers. One of the purchasers, Herman Ber- gold, already has the frame work up for a five-room stucco bungalow which he is building, and Edward Olson, another of the purchasers, expects to begin building soon.
