May 14, 1927 J - Hokanson & Jenks Report Important Evanston Transfers Mrs. Nathan Siegel who owned the property at the southwest corner of Greenleaf and Wesley avenue, Evans- ton, has sold the building to Bernard J. Burns. This transaction was han- dled by Roy E. Lewis and Mr. Hokan- son of Hokanson and Jenks, inc. The lot is 50x150 and the property is im- proved with a one-story brick build- ing containing five stores. Bernard J. Burns has just resold the property to Miss Kathryne Goetz of 2663 Prairie avenue, Evanston. Mr. Hokanson of Hokanson and Jenks, Inc., represented the seller and H. A. Wise, the buyer. No price was dis- closed for either sale. Through Hokanson & Jenks, Inc., Mrs. C. C.
