Council to Revise Plans For Lincoln Ave. Project The adjourned public hearing on the proposed widening of Lincoln avenue brought forth so much opposition from the resident property owners north of the business district that the Board of Local Improvements decided last Tues- day evening to call for a revised esti- mate for widening only that portion at the end of the business zoned sec- tion, stopping at the north line of the' Community Kitchen property. The street is to be widened at both curbs. The board approved the revised plans for widening the south side of Elm street to the east line of the Masonic temple property, but with no widening on the north side east of Arbor Vitae avenue. The widened sec- tion will be paved with brick instead of concrete, the estimated total cost being $8,500. INSURANCE! All Its Branches IS YOUR PROPERTY FULLY INSURED?
