It is being spon- sored by the Deerfield Chamber of Commerce which is sparing no effort to make it the most successful affair of the season. There is to be a parade in the afternoon, a great variety of carnival features, games, races and dancing. Bruce Benson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Benson, 671 Lincoln avenue, and his grandfather, Charles B. Davey of 870 Locust avenue, have been visit- ing much of the time in England with friends and relatives there. They will be home this coming week. --_ Mrs. G. H. Milan Lusk to Resume Teaching Next Month Milan Lusk, violinist, is returning soon from his European concert tour and will resume the teaching of violin in Wilmete about September 15. He is taking a few additional students of the violin. Applications are now be- ing taken at his residence studio in Wilmette. Mr. Lusk's methods of vi- olin introduction have been endorsed by Sevcik, teacher of Morini, balist, and Kubelik. In 1923 Prof. Sevcik made Lusk his authorized assistant and exponent of the Sevcik method. Mr. and Mrs. Eric Del.amarter, di- rector of the Ravinia concerts, have taken the Harve G.
