The judges on poul­ try will be governed by the latest re­ vised American Standard of Perfec­ tion in class admitted to the Stand­ ard and the Club Standards for such s breeds or varieties as are not recog- t n'7 id by the Standard, and will be instructed to disqualify any speci- i men or pen they may I detect as hav­ ing been tampered or improperly ^ dealt with. The judges will be empow­ ered to withhold a prize when, in *their opinion, the specimen or speci­ mens are not of sufficient merit. Tickets of Admission I Rule No. 12. Season tickets will be issued free of charge to all ex­ hibitors Whose fees amount to $2.00 lor more. All display specials offered by the association for indi­ viduals, unless otherwise designated, will be awarded for the largest and best exhibit in their respective class and the awards will be made in. the following manner: First, to count 5 points; seconds, to count 4; third, to count 3; fourth, to count 2; pens, doubles or singles. All Varieties Rule No. 16. Classes will be pro­ vided and premiums paid on non­ standard varieties 'the same as on standard varieties. The association desires to encourge the exhibition of all worthy fowls, whether admitted to the Standard or not, and the pres­ tige gained by exhibiting in this show is of great value to the breeder and should not be overlooked. Protests Rule No. 17. All protests must be made in writing and addressed to the secretary of the association by 12:00 o'clock, noon, the third day of the show. A deposit^ of $5.00 must ac­ company all protests as a guarantee of good faith. This deposit will be refunded if protest is sustained, but will be retained by the association if protest is not sustained. The Mc- Henry Poultry, Pet Stock and Grain association has selected what they believe to be the best judges in this country for the respective class to be assigned them. Rule No. 18.
