Now Mrs. Bisbee has a home of her own for the old folks to live and enjoy her hospitality, but somehow or other, people of McHenry county don't know or realize that there is such a home in their community, although it has been in operation for nearly 2 years. Mrs. Bisbee would like to stress to the public that Shan-gra-la Home is not licensed because it can't be or because the State will not issue the license to this hojne. The reason for this is that Mrs. Bisbee does not want to run her home on a large capacity basis, therefor she doea not need a license. Shan-gra-la has a capacity of taking in 2 very sick patients and 6 elderly folks who are looking for real comfort and happy living away from their own firesides and loved ones.
