Russell Wright, leaders of the group recently. The meeting was called to order by Roger Schiller, president. The members and their families a.nd guests were welcomed, and each member was asked to stand and introduce the members of his family and guests who were present. Michael Mapchese reported on the Federation meetings and his trip to Washington, D.C. Carol Curran reviewed -the McHenry County Fair. Donna Schmelzer presented her speech which resulted in her winning first place in the girls' public shaking contest. New officers were introduced. They are president, Donna Schmelzer, who is beginning her ninth "and final year in 4-H; vice president, Michael Marchese; secretary, Carol Curran; treasurer, Jeannie Wright; Federation representative, Carol Curran; reporter, Jeff Erody. Demonstrations and talks followed by Reid Alderson, Kenneth Wright and Jeff Brody. Mr. and Mrs. Wright presented awards to the members, and delicious refreshments were served after the meeting adjourned. Not Change Your Thinking?" It is being sponsored by First Church of Christ, S-ientist and will be presented at 8 p.m. in the Congregational-Universalist charch. South and Dean street. Air. He is currently on tour as a member of the Board of Lectureship of The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Mass.
