James J. Nimsgern has returned to his home in Running Springs,, Calif., after spending the past week with his grandfather, Joseph Wegener, and other relatives here. Mr. and Mrs. John Russell of River Forest visited Mrs. Eleanor Wildhagen at the McHenry hospital Saturday. Other out of town guests during the week were Mrs. Magdalene Slait and Thomas Lannakan of Crystal Lake. , Mrs. Glen Dixon, Mrs. Gary Ricker and Mrs. Fred Bienapfl accompanied Mrs. Ray Gabinski of Bloomingdale to Waukegan Sunday where they attended a pink and blue shower for Mrs. Richard Sedar at the Sedar home. Mrs. Eleanor Foley and Mrs. Edna Knox, Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Foley and Mr. and Mrs. Martin Foley attended a gathering at the V James Mahoney home in Chicago, Sunday, honoring Mr. and Mrs. Howard Phalin of Winnetka on their thirty-sixth wedding anniversary. Ten members and guests of Delta Kappa Gamma attended a luncheon and lecture on the Manet exhibit and also saw the exhibit at the Alt Institute in Chicago Saturday. They were Mesdames Lillian Anglese, Lillian Bolger, Eleanor Foley, Dorothy Ullrich, Mary Vycital, Helen Jurack, Dolores Krueger and Misses Carolyn Bauer, Nellie Doherty and Genev i e v e Knox. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Meyer and grandson, Jack Meyer, attended the golden wedding of Mr. Meyer's sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Buesching, in Barrington last Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Glosson visited relatives in Kenosha Sunday. Robert Vogt, Jr., and family have moved from the Huff farm to their new home in Millstream. « Mr. and Mrs. James Mc- Andrews attended the wake of his great-aunt, Mrs. Alice Keough, in a Libertyville funeral home last week.
