WITNESSES TO HOLD 3-DAY CONVENTION "Making Wise Use of the Remaining Time" will be the theme of a three-day convention of Jehovah's Witnesses from sixteen northern Illinois congregations to be held at the Larkiri high school in Elgin this weekend, April 11, 12 and 13. Stutler, a special representative from Brooklyn, will lead the Bible discussions, demonstrations and lectures which will make up the program. " Operation Foresight," which coordinates the activities* of federal, state and local governments, was launched by federal and state officials in the face of predicted massive flooding along the Mississippi. More than 50 army, engineers have been assigned to Illinois cities and towns along the Mississippi.
